Email us from your work address with your organization’s name and roughly how many vendors you want to monitor. We’ll set up your account and tell you when to sign in.

If you represent an organization shown on Cyber Pulse, or a vendor graded in it, and an entry, status or grade is inaccurate, outdated or not about you, tell us: the organization's name, the page address, what is wrong and your evidence (for example a statement that an incident did not happen, a regulator filing, or proof that a domain or IP address belongs to someone else). We review every request, usually within 5 business days, correct or remove entries that are wrong, and note an entry as disputed while we review. Unverified ransomware claims are always labelled as such.

To exercise your rights under GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws, such as access or deletion of the data in a vendor-alerts account, tell us what you are asking for and the email address involved.
